Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. beef cubes
    4 carrots, cut
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 c. Burgundy wine
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1 bay leaf, crumbled
    1 pkg. small onions
    1 lb. small half mushrooms
Preparation
    Place
    flour,
    salt
    and pepper in plastic food storage bag. Dredge beef
    cubes in flour mixture.
    In large saucepot, brown beef and carrots in oil in batches for 6 to 8 minutes or until browned.
    Remove to bowl.
