Ground Beef-Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 medium potato or rutabaga, cubed
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    3 c. water
    16 oz. can undrained tomatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    2 medium carrots, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    In Dutch oven or deep skillet, brown ground beef; drain excess fat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Simmer, covered, 20 to 25 minutes or until veggies are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
