1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. oil
1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
2 c. yellow cornmeal
