Spaghetti Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion
2 Tbsp. oil
1 bunch celery (tops and leaves)
1 green bell pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 large can tomatoes
1 pkg. spaghetti or tenderoni (10 oz.)
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 lb. grated American cheese
Preparation

Brown onion in fat.
Add green pepper and celery, chopped; cover and cook until well wilted.
Pour over spaghetti which has been cooked.
Place meat in skillet and brown meat.
Add tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes; mix with spaghetti mixture and pour into a large casserole.
Cover with tomato soup and grate cheese over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
