Ingredients

2 c. fresh or frozen berries
1/2 c. tap water
2 c. sugar
Preparation

In a 2 qt. saucepan, combine berries, water and sugar.
If the berries are big, cut them up first.
Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat; stirring occasionally to prevent it from scorching to the bottom of the pan.
Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Store in a glass canning jar in fridge.
