Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs
    2 lb. sausage
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. mushrooms
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Lightly spray baking dish with Pam.
    Break eggs into dish. Break yolks, but do not stir.
    Layer with browned and drained sausage, cheese and drained mushrooms.
    Pour whipping cream evenly over top.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes to 1 hour, uncovering after approximately 45 minutes.
