Pecan Pie Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. melted butter (I use unsalted)
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon. Pour into a greased mini-muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake 12-15 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen. Garnish each muffin with a pecan half if desired.
