Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix well beaten eggs with sugar.
    Add melted margarine, then add coconut, raisins, nuts and vanilla.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
