Golden Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten (can use only egg white)
3 Tbsp. margarine (1 stick margarine for whole chicken)
1 envelope Lipton Recipe golden herbs with lemon soup mix
1 c. water
4 lemon slices (can use juice only)
1 pkg. Success rice
Preparation

Dip chicken in egg, then flour.
In skillet, melt margarine. Brown chicken on all sides over medium heat.
Stir in soup mix, blended with water, and lemon slices.
Cover chicken with sauce (sauce will thicken).
Can add onion, sliced carrots and a few garlic bulbs.
Serve over rice.
