"Light" Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    2 1/2 c. plus 1 tsp. sifted cake flour, divided
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    3 egg whites or 1/2 c. frozen egg substitute, thawed
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat vanilla yogurt
Preparation
    Coat bottom and sides of an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pan with cooking spray; dust with flour.
    Set aside.
