Shepherd'S Pie With Cheesy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    3/4 c. milk, heated
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (19 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    3/4 c. breadcrumbs
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water 20 minutes or until tender.
    Drain well.
    Mash with milk, butter, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Reserve.
