Christmas Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. canned milk
1 (3 oz.) lemon Jell-O
1 3/4 c. liquid
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. ground raw cranberries
2/3 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. unpeeled apples, diced
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Blend cream cheese and milk until smooth.
Dissolve Jell-O in hot liquid and add sugar, vinegar, lemon juice and salt.
When partially congealed, add cheese mixture.
Blend with the fruit and nuts.
Mold in desired shape.
