Marjorie'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 (20 oz.) can fruit pie filling (any flavor)
6 egg yolks
6 egg whites
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. butter

Preparation

Important:
Do not substitute egg product for whole eggs.
Do not use soft cream cheese.
