Glugg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. seedless raisins
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. broken cinnamon bark
    1 Tbsp. whole cloves
    2 doz. cardamon seeds (whole pods)
    1 gal. red Burgundy
Preparation
    Cover raisins with 3 cups water.
    Add spices and cracked cardamon seeds and shells.
    Simmer covered for 2 hours.
    Remove from heat; add wine.
    Bring almost to a simmer (160\u00b0) for 2 hours. Leave overnight.
    Drain.
    Squeeze raisins to get all wine out. Put in bottles.
