Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. hot pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 bottle Certo
    3 to 4 drops food coloring
Preparation
    Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar in pot. Bring to a boil and boil 3 minutes. Add Certo and boil for 1 more minute.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Can use green or red food coloring.
