Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans chicken gravy
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    4 whole chicken breasts
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Cook chicken in 2 cups water.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat until tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove meat and cool until meat can be removed from bones.
    Cook rice in the chicken liquid.
    Cut chicken in bite-size pieces.
    In large casserole, place layer of rice, layer of meat, and 1 can of gravy.
    Use remaining rice and gravy.
    Top with bread crumbs that have been mixed with 1/2 stick margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
