Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, tenderized
    10 3/4 oz. can each: cream of mushroom soup, golden mushroom soup and French onion soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    2/3 c. sour cream
    8 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    cooked noodles or rice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cube steak and brown in a small amount of oil in a large skillet. Mix undiluted soups with salt and pepper; pour over meat. Cover and simmer about 1 1/2 hours, until meat is tender. Stir in sour cream and sliced mushrooms. Serve over cooked rice or noodles. Sprinkle parsley flakes on top.
