Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
1 c. milk or heavy cream
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. finely chopped broccoli
broccoli florets (for garnish)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except broccoli, in 2-quart pan. Stir until cornstarch is dissolved.
Add broccoli; cook on medium until broccoli is tender, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with broccoli florets.
