Cool Hawaiian Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
    1/4 c. coconut
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    3 bananas, cubed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Place paper baking cups in muffin tins. Fill with mixture and freeze until firm. Serves 20. Delicious!
