Elegant Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. instant potatoes (8 servings)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. parsley flakes
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix potatoes according to package.
Add remaining ingredients and beat well.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
