Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. can cream-style corn
1 small can corn Niblets, drained
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. coarse salted crackers, crumbled
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Mix Niblets and cream-style corn.
Place in a shallow buttered casserole.
Top with cheese and cracker pieces.
Combine eggs, milk and salt.
Pour over cracker mixture.
Pour over melted butter or dot with butter.
Bake for 50 minutes.
