Deep Dish Apple Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 tart apples, sliced
1/2 c. white sugar*
cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Butter a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, combine apples, white sugar and cinnamon to taste.
Gently toss to coat apples.
Spoon into baking dish.
In another bowl, combine brown sugar, melted butter and flour.
Mix until texture is crumbly.
Nuts may be added.
Spread mixture over apples.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender.
Serve with milk or cream.
