Hot Fruit Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 to 1 c. strawberries, cut in half
    1/2 to 3/4 c. raspberries
    1/2 c. blackberries or blueberries
    vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Heat sugar and water
    in small saucepan. Add strawberries and cook slowly for 5 minutes. Add butter and lemon juice.
    Add raspberries and blackberries. Transfer immediately to bowls and add a scoop of ice cream.
    Serve at once. Serves 2.
    Can double easily.
