Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen spinach, let thaw
    8 oz. water chestnuts
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Homestyle soup mix
    3/4 c. onion (optional)
Preparation
    Hollow out a loaf (round) of pumpernickel bread; use as bowl for dip. Cube bread from loaf to dip.
