Uncooked Raspberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. crushed uncooked raspberries
    5 c. sugar
    1 pkg. pectin, MCP or Sure-Jell
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Stir berries and sugar.
    Let stand 20 minutes.
    Boil pectin, MCP or Sure-Jell and 1 cup water for 1 minute.
    Pour into fruit and stir 2 minutes.
    Then pour into containers and store in freezer.
