Meatball Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    minced onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 1/3 c. rice
    1 c. frozen peas
    whole wheat crackers, crushed
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix beef, onion, salt and pepper.
    Form into meatballs.
    Brown in skillet.
    Drain.
    Add soups, water, onion, soy sauce, rice and peas.
    Place in buttered casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle top with crackers, followed by grated cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
