Kugela - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. Idaho potatoes
    1 lb. thick bacon
    1 large onion
    3 to 4 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dice bacon and fry (reserve grease).
    Hand grate potatoes and onion.
    Mix everything including grease from bacon in large bowl. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until fork comes out clean.
