Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey, cooked
    2 to 3 c. leftover mashed potatoes
    1 to 2 cans corn or bag frozen corn, cooked
    shredded cheese
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Set oven at 350\u00b0.
    Spray a 2-quart casserole with vegetable spray.
    Saute one onion with ground meat and season to taste.
    Put meat in bottom of dish.
    Put a layer of corn over top.
    Spread mashed potato on top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
    Bake about 35 minutes.
