Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 small to medium potatoes, cubed
    1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
    2 or 3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, saute onion in butter.
    Add peeled, cubed potatoes and enough water to cover potatoes.
    Cook until tender. Do not drain.
    Add corn, milk, salt and pepper.
    Heat, do not boil. Great with corn muffins.
