Peppered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak (beat), cut into strips
    2 green peppers, cut into strips
    2 medium tomatoes, peeled and cut into eighths
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 medium onions, sliced
    soy sauce
    water
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce and water.
    Pour on meat.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, turning meat occasionally.
    Remove meat and reserve marinade.
