Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. yellow squash, cooked almost done
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 grated carrot
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 stick butter
    1 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Melt butter and pour over crushed Ritz crackers.
    Mix well and put about 1/2 in bottom of a Pyrex dish appproximately 6 x 13 x 2-inches.
    Mix other ingredients together and pour on top of crackers.
    Sprinkle remaining cracker mixture on top and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
