Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. cooked, chopped prunes
1 c. buttermilk
2 1/8 c. flour
1 c. nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
-
Mix as listed.
Pour into tube pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Very good plain or frosted with whipped cream or butter and cream cheese frosting.
