Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck
    1 (32 oz.) can Hunt's whole tomatoes
    1 (12 oz.) can Contadina tomato paste
    3 (16 oz.) cans Contadina tomato puree
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    2 bay leaves
Preparation
    In a large pan, heat olive oil on medium heat.
    Add celery and onion and cook until limp.
    Turn heat to high and add ground chuck.
    Cook quickly until browned.
    Take off heat and add tomatoes (with the juice).
    Cut the tomatoes up and then add paste and tomato sauce.
    Stir until blended.
    Add spices; stir.
    Cook slowly for about 8 hours.
    Serve over your favorite pasta.
