German Kraut Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Polish sausage, cut in 1-inch pieces
    2 strips bacon, cut in small pieces
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    8 oz. beer
    16 oz. can sliced potatoes
    2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and cut into eighths
    1 glove garlic, minced
    24 oz. sauerkraut, rinsed
    8 oz. ham, cut in small pieces
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    In a bag add brown sugar, caraway seed, pepper and ground cloves.
