Scallops Provencale(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    1 1/4 lb. scallops
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 medium tomato wedges
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. dry vermouth
    1/2 tsp. dry basil
Preparation
    Rinse and dry scallops.
    Combine salt, pepper and flour in large dish.
    Roll scallops in flour mixture until completely coated.
    Heat oil in skillet; add coated scallops and garlic to heated oil and saute until golden brown.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook until thoroughly heated.
