Rotel Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 lb. regular or hot sausage, cooked and drained
    1 can hot Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 small jar sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Dump tomatoes (juice included) in top of double boiler.
    Add cubed cheese and heat until melted stirring constantly.
    Brown sausage and drain; add to hot cheese.
    Add mushrooms.
    Can be kept hot or warm on a hot plate or chafing dish.
    Serve with chips.
