Karen'S Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli, carrot and California mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French-fried onions
Preparation
    Combine undiluted soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and half of French-fried onion rings.
    Mix in thawed and drained vegetables in a casserole bowl.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes (longer if still cold).
    Then add remaining onions and cheese and bake, uncovered, 5 minutes more.
