Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork roast
    2 onions (1 sliced, 1 minced)
    1 bottle Kraft barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Wash roast; season with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Place in crock-pot with 1/2 cup of water.
    Place sliced onion on top and cook overnight on low setting.
    Next morning, discard onion. Remove roast and wash pot.
    Pull meat apart; discard bone and fat. Put shredded meat back into crock-pot; add barbecue sauce and minced onion.
    Cook for 3 or 4 hours.
    Serves 8.
