Scalloped Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/3 c. sliced scallions
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 lb. all-purpose potatoes, peeled, boiled and cubed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. flavored bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, soup, butter, scallions and 1 cup cheese in
    a lightly greased deep 3-quart casserole.
    Gently stir in potatoes, salt and pepper.
    Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and the bread crumbs.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0
    oven for 30 minutes (longer if refrigerated).
    Makes 10 servings.
