Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. corn (6 to 7 ears)
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut corn off the cob.
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add milk, sugar and salt.
    Stir in corn and melted butter.
    Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake at 375\u00b0 until set and brown.
    (I use 2 cans of corn, drained, if I don't have fresh corn.)
