No-Fat Peach-Lemon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin (regular or sugar-free)
    3 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. no-fat cream cheese
    1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, do not drain
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened.
    In blender, blend until smooth the cream cheese, peaches and liquid and lemon juice.
    Stir cheese-peach mixture into gelatin.
    Pour into a large mold (grease lightly with Pam or mayonnaise).
    Serves 12.
