Hungarian Beef Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 egg
Preparation
    Brown steak on both sides; salt and pepper lightly.
    Mix hamburger, 1/2 package mushroom soup and 1/2 package onion soup with bread crumbs.
    Spread on steak.
    Roll up and tie both ends and middle with string.
    Mix remaining soups and buttermilk; baste steak while baking.
    Bake for 1 hour or until steak is tender at 375\u00b0.
