Pork Chops And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

4 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. Comet rice
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 c. hot water
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
8 pork chops
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In oven, melt margarine in bottom of 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Lightly brown both sides of the pork chops in the margarine.
Remove from baking dish.
Mix onion soup mix with hot water.
Add the mushroom soup and mix well.
