Sweet Potato Pie(Custard) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sweet potatoes, mashed and sieved
1 c. milk
3 eggs, well beaten
1/4 lb. butter
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
dash of nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine sieved potatoes, melted butter, sugar and salt with beaten eggs. Mix well.
Add milk and lastly stir in lemon juice and nutmeg.
Pour into large unbaked pie shell.
Bake 10 minutes on bottom shelf of oven at 450\u00b0.
Move to center of oven and bake 45 minutes longer at 350\u00b0.
