Grilled Fish With Garlic Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 to 8 oz. each) fish steaks, 1-inch thick (halibut, salmon, etc.)
    3 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Place garlic, paprika, red pepper and salt in blender and add 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
    Blend until garlic is minced and mixed into sauce.
    Add remaining mayonnaise and process until smooth.
