Chantilly Mandarin Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. heavy cream
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. mandarin peel in syrup
1/2 tsp. Mandarin Napoleon
Preparation

Whip chilled cream, gradually adding the sugar until it is almost double in volume.
Add Mandarin Napoleon.
Fold in drained mandarin peel.
This is an elegant sauce for warm pie or chilled mousse.
Makes 4 cups.
