Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    raisins and nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cut butter into brown sugar and flour, save 1/2 cup of crumbs for top.
    Mix all ingredients with sugar mixture and pour into greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    May top with Cool Whip when serving.
