Holiday Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. cream cheese
    1 small jar dried beef (Armour's)
    1 small jar sliced mushrooms, diced into small pieces
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    dash of paprika
    1 pkg. pecans, chopped
    black olives and pimento pieces (optional)
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
    Add the ingredients (except pecans) and mix thoroughly.
    Shape into 2 cheese balls. Roll with pecans and refrigerate.
    Serve anytime after ball becomes hard with favorite crackers.
