Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 t. cream of tartar
    1 t. baking soda
    1/4 t. salt
    2 T. sugar & 2 t. cinnamon (mixed together)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    Mix margarine, sugar and eggs. In separate bowl blend dry ingredients.
    Add to margarine mixture. Mix well.
    Roll into balls.
    Roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 7-9 minutes.
