Rice Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 pt. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Stir eggs, sugar, salt and spices together thoroughly.
    Add milk, vanilla and rice; mix well.
    Turn into a buttered baking dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
